FiberMaxx ("we", "our", or "the app") is a dietary fiber tracking application. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how it is stored and processed, and your rights regarding your data. FiberMaxx is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
FiberMaxx uses OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini to generate personalised recommendations (the "Flora" features). The following data may be sent to OpenAI's API: your fiber goal, last 14 days of food logs, digestive conditions, dietary restrictions, symptom history, activity level, and stress level.
OpenAI does not use API data to train its models. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase (SOC 2 Type II compliant). Data in transit is TLS encrypted; data at rest is encrypted at the storage level. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat. We do not store payment card details. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Food searches query USDA FoodData Central, Open Food Facts, and Edamam. No personal data is transmitted to these services.
If you connect FiberMaxx to Apple Health, we may read or write fiber and nutrition data. This is optional and can be revoked in your device's Health app at any time.
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with Supabase (database), OpenAI (AI features), RevenueCat (subscriptions), and Apple (payments/Health). We may disclose data if required by law.
